The lovely Charlie, daughter of my good friend Susan Crawford, whom many of you know through the Meret pattern, or as the cover star of Classic Woolly Toppers, is coming to the Yard, to Mutonia, to record footage for her graduation film. Charlie is a final year Film student at Edinburgh College of Art and she's keen to make a documentary about our lifestyle and environment through the eye's of a child; through Aran's eyes. I think it's a refreshing perspective, and have no doubt that the final documentary will be of interest to many. Aran and Charlie get on so, so well, and the more I think about it, the more I realise how special the film will be... it won't just explore our lifestyle and Aran's world, but their relationship, too.

This is obviously a special and personal project to me, and that's why I'm posting about Charlie's Kickstarter fundraiser. Charlie needs to raise the money to cover flight costs and production costs, and naturally I want to help her get here and see the project through. You can read more about Charlie's motivation for the project, and her perspective on the Kickstarter page.

If you are able to pledge, even just a little, that would be amazing! If you can help spread the word and get more eyes on the project, that would be amazing, too :)

As an added bonus - any knitters that pledge can forward me their receipt/confirmation and I'll gift you a digital copy of the limited edition eBook Hatopia, which is no longer available for purchase.
