Spammers seem to have gotten hold of my website email accounts and are doing unsavoury things with them. It started with them sending from kev@ or bob@ but now they've hijacked the mail@ account and that's not good.

If I send an email to a customer or respond to a question, I need to know that it will arrive safely and not be blocked by filters. Download links for purchased patterns are sent from this email, as is the mailing list, so those spammers are potentially doing me harm.

Can anybody tell me if there's anything that can be done about it, and what the possible consequences are?

It's pissing me right off.
