The classic chullo Hat. Knitted top down and in the round, this pattern utilises scraps of yarn to create the funky effect. Finer yarns can be doubled and colours mixed and matched for your own unique look. Alternatively, a variegated Aran weight yarn can be used.

Pattern includes two lengths of ear-flaps and two variations of crown shaping - shown here with regular crown and shorter ear-flaps.

Sizes:

• To fit size: 20 (22, 23) inches, 51 (56, 58) cm
• Finished size: 18.5 (20, 21.5) inches, 47 (51, 54.5) cm

Materials:

• Approximately 100g of DK, 4ply or Aran weight yarns
• Set 4.5mm DPN's
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch markers as necessary
• Gauge 18sts to 10cm/4inches

Skills required:

• Knit and purl stitches
• Knitting in the round
• Increase & decrease techniques
