Several free patterns can be found on my weblog, which have proved popular and have been linked with sites such as knitting pattern central, crochet pattern central and various other Textile resource sites. These free patterns are now available to download as a PDF from the free patterns page. More free patterns can be found to download in PDF form at handpaintedyarn.com .

The April 2006 issue of MagKnits featured one of my fun designs and the Samhain 2006 edition of the The AntiCraft features a sculptural crochet design. The 2006 winter edition of Knitty features a knitted version of one of my popular crochet patterns. One of my crochet designs was published in the Spring 2007 edition of Yarn Forward. The January 2008 issue of MagKnits features a design with a different type of construction, as does the first edition of the new UK online magazine The Inside Loop, and the Spring 2008 Edition of Knit on The Net. Further designs are being developed and written for publication. Recent interviews include Cast-On (March 2008) and Spring 2008 Knit on The Net.

The January 2007 issue of 'Simply Knitting' featured a fantastic review of my website and work. Turtorials that I've written and posted on my blog have been featured and reviewed by various Craft sites and magazines, including MakeZine and Whip Up. As a member of the yahoo Hat Group, my Hats have been displayed in the groups' virtual exhibitions and the current one can be viewed here.

8th - 10th June 2007 - Selected Hats on display with the Knitting and Crochet Guild at the Contemporary Craft Fair in association with The Crafts Council, Bovey Tracey, Devon.
