I don't very often review or feature products on this blog, as I tend to try and keep things a little more personal if I can. But when the folks behind these wall murals got in touch, I got a little bit excited.

Look!

I'm totally sold on the idea of garter stitch walls. Grey garter stitch walls, at that.

Admittedly, you'd ideally want a large room to carry these off, especially if you're going for a look similar to the featured styling. But I also think they could be just as creative in a small, purpose built space - an accent wall in a studio for instance, or wall to wall (including the ceiling) in the same stitch... enclosing, but intriguing.

Here's a taste of the other patterns they have on offer.

Cabled walls!

The styling isn't necessarily to my taste, yet I think these murals offer lots of potential. They'd make great photography backdrops, or a single square metre may be fun for covering items. They are very large scale, so you'd have to take that into account, but don't limit your imagination to interior walls.

The murals - which essentially are wallpapers - are digitally printed and look to be of pretty high quality. If they appeal, they're available all over the world from the following stockists, and you can find more info here.

Anyhows, I've no affiliation, just the urge to share something rather appealing. In my next life I'm definitely going to have grey garter stitch walls. That one is simply stunning, it's so 3-dimensional, so tangible.

(I wonder if I should order a roll for photoshoots? Hmm....)
