Offline & off to Ireland

Thought I should post to let everyone know that I'll be offline for the next week or so.

My Mum had a fall on saturday and broke her left femur, just below the ball of the hip joint, and I need to get out to Ireland and help her. It's a nasty break; she had surgery on sunday and the leg is now pinned but she's not coping well with the painkillers and immobility, and is still in hospital.

Until then, I'll leave you with a shot of our little guy, taken last week in the snow.

Just finished your Rubbish Mojitos~love it! I'm sending it off as a chemo cap to my SIL. The stockinette inside should be soft against the skin-a definite plus. Like this hat so much I might have to make another for me! Thanks for the great pattern and best wishes for a speedy recovery to your mom :)
