Heading South

We're starting our journey back to Italy today! The ferry is booked for this afternoon, and we'll likely stop over in Belgium tonight. On the journey back to the UK we found a great little campsite just outside Bruges, and that's where we're aiming for.

Due to our late departure, it's unlikely we'll have the leisurely trip down through Europe that we planned; it's getting too cold at night and we only have minimal heating until we get back to Italy and our woodburner. It's a shame, as I was looking forward to exploring Germany more and maybe popping in to the Wollmeise shop again, but there's always next spring.

Hopefully we should arrive in 5 days or so, within the week for sure.

I'll leave you with a shot from a photo shoot we did over the weekend with my young cousin. Would you believe she's only 15? There are plenty more photos of a variety Hats, yet they'll all locked away safely until they're no longer secret. This one I can talk about, but you'll have to wait until we've reached The Yard. (yep, we're going back to the same site!)
