Dorze Hats

There's only one magazine I subscribe to, and this months' copy of Selvedge arrived this morning. Upon first perusal, guess what I found?

Hats! These are crocheted Hats from the Dorze region of Ethiopia. The article describes the tradition behind the designs and shapes, and then goes on to mention an exhibition of these babies in London:-
