Please note that woollywormhead.com has been hijacked by some unauthorised site is currently out of service.

woollywormhead.co.uk is still working fine.

Until I get my domain host to rectify this problem, please use the 2nd URL. Meantime I need to notify others via the mailing list and Ravelry.

It will take forever to change all the links, so I won't as I should be able to get the dotcom redirected ASAP, depending on my domain host. No doubt the number of links pointing to the dotcom is the reason for the hijack in the first place.

I'm seriously fed up with the amount of inconsiderate w*nkers in this world. Not that I think you'll find many considerate w*nkers.....

Update:- after an amount of surfing I have discovered that apparently my domain name has expired, yesterday infact! The *big* problem here is that my domain host have failed to tell me it was up for renewal which I'm not happy about (and yep, contact email addys are current and I checked spam)

I've tried buying it back but it says it's taken and registered to me so until I hear back from my host there's zilch I can do. Would have been nice to have been told in the first place though......

Right, scrap all that - woollywormhead.com is now showing my website again!

Apparently I should have received a notification for renewal, and they can't explain why I didn't - they did send me one for the .co.uk when it was due earlier in the year. Anyhow's, it's all done now and hopefully things can get back to normal. That was some serious cause of stress yesterday, let me tell you....

In trying to inform the mailing list that everything was good again, technical errors of some kind occurred with the servers at my host, and it seems some blank or duplicate emails were sent out.... this is really embarrassing and if you've received one, please accept my apologies. Everyone's details are secure on the server, it just decided to hiccup a few times as I was trying to send.

Think the time is due soon to start looking for a new host....
