Now seriously, 'ave a read of these and tell me honestly, do you see me described below?
You are Shetland Wool. You are a traditional sort who can sometimes be a little on the harsh side. Though you look delicate you are tough as nails and prone to intricacies. Despite your acerbic ways you are widely respected and even revered.
You appear to be a Knitting Purist.
You are an accomplished knitter producing beautiful pieces with a classic feel. You sometimes lament losing half of your local yarn shop to garish novelty yarns. Perhaps you consider fun scarves the bane of knitting society and prefer to steer new knitters towards the wool and cotton blends. Some might call you an elitist but you know you've been doing this craft long enough to respect the history behind it and honour it with a beautiful piece that can last a lifetime.
So? I mean, a fiber-snob, sure.. I admit it.... but... was I in teacher mode when I did these?
Meantime, I only managed the morning at work, after a week off. I hate flu. I've knitted 3 more hats and been thinking loads about the fact that I want to make the coat I promised myself months ago from all that Lopi I bought. Oh, and thinking some seriously bonkers hat designs that I'm loving ;)
