Right then, Blogger lost the mega post I wrote last night in my v.tired state, so have to start all over again. I was p****d off last night, to say the least - spent nearly an hour writing that post! Being as it's waking up time with my coffee I'm not sure I can post everything but will at least upload some photos for folk to drool over. Am back again on saturday when I'll being taking more shots of the stall and exhibits - was too engrossed in shopping and student monitoring to go wild with the camera ;) Was great to see Lixie again, even if only for a brief chat, and cool to meet Yvonne and Nickerjac! See more of you on saturday - I'm on the 'Relax & Knit' stand for the lunchtime slot :)

Colinette yarns - Giotto in bright charcoal and Shimmer 5 in morocco. Hand dyed 4ply from Silwood Yarns. All for xmas pressies.

From the Handweavers Studio - all dip dyed and at £4 for 100g - bargain! Mostly for xmas pressies, but the pink's for me... yes, me... pink...

The black's for a xmas pressie, not for me.... and is cashmere, at that! Hand painted wool from Touch Yarns (not sure what for yet) and spools of rayon from Handweavers, 50p each.. will be back for more...

Funky books from the Emroiderers Guild book stall! An amazing book on felt - not the making but how artists use it - brilliant photos and with it's own felt cover. Julie Arkell - quirky characters with knitted costumes - cool!

More tools! Knitting frame from Silkwood, Peace Fleece needles from the Knit Tin, Carders from Handweavers (mum's got mine), commerative bobbin from the Lace Circle and some hand turned crochet hooks from a stall I've forgotten the name of....

The broom stick needles - huge! They are 20mm+ thick and thigh high. £15. Rock on ;) It was the dresses they had displayed that had been made using them that sold them to me. From the stall right next to the Relax & Knit area. Other bargain needles from the Vogue needle stall.
